Android 20 watched the all out melee taking place in the sky and on the ground with mild interest. He did not wish to get involved in this fight, for he had no reason to. Besides, that would tip the balance of the fight to an unfair advantage, and fairness is something he believed strongly in.
He continued to watch the brawl, until his scouter beeped. The large burly saiyan that killed Krillen came hurtling down on Kirano, his blood red aura flaming. The saiyan began to pound Kirano mercilessly. Android 20 was furious with the saiyan. He wasn't able to kill that monster last time, but this time, he would exact vengeance for Krillen, and give Kirano a fair fight against the demon. He unleashed his white aura, and shot off towards the saiyan.
Nappa was standing alongside the demon, both having just beaten the crap out of the blond human, when both of their scouters gave a warning of a rapidly approaching energy signature. Janemba saw it coming and ducked, but Nappa was far too slow, and the real target. Android 20's fist plowed into his visage, and he was sent hurtling away. Gero turned to Kirano and the demon.
"I hate people who don't fight fair. Good luck Kirano." the android spoke, and then shot off after the saiyan whom he had hated for so long.
Nappa was getting to his feet hurriedly, when he saw the doctor coming at him again. The android was upon him instantly, throwing punches and kicks faster than the eye could see. While Nappa was too slow to block many of them, he had a way to stop the relentless attacks. He threw his arms out to his sides, and a green energy barrier exploded from him, sending the android spinning backwards.
"I don't know what your problem is. Why did you get in the way of that fight?" Nappa barked.
Android 20 shot at him again, engaging him in hand-to-hand combat once again. As they fought, Gero spoke.
"Because. Of. Krillen."
The two fighters were brawling furiously. It was evident that Nappa was stronger, and the android faster. It would be more of a battle of determination and wits to decide who would come out on top in this battle.
As Nappa was about to launch his green energy barrier again, Gero fired two thin beams of energy from his eyes, slashing across the saiyan's chest. The saiyan took a moment to pause and look down at what had just cut him, but the android wasted no time. Launching a furious frenzy of attacks, Nappa getting mercilessly beaten. But before the android could deliver a two-handed smash, Nappa grabbed the android by the head, and flung him backwards, and smashed him to the rocky ground.
Nappa jumped in the air, and brought his fist down with amazing force, but the doctor rolled out of the way at the last second, the saiyan's fist smashing through the igneous rock, and creating a small crater.
Both fighters stared each other down, waiting for the other fighter to move.
