Android 18 wiped her wrist against her mouth. A dribble of blood had slipped down her bottom lip and had irritated her. She stared toward her opponent, he had been tricky. She gathered her wits about herself. How had they moved so far? They had not been anywhere near the bunker. 18 just shook her head slightly and decided it didn?t matter. She looked haggard but really it was all farce. The pain was there, of course, but she pushed it aside and would deal with it later. He though he was smart, well he wasn?t. He had not felt true pain yet. Before he could advance the android yelled out and her aura burst to life. Her power shot upward like a rocket. He could not see it but by the way she yelled out and stood, he knew she was going to give it her all.
She moved faster than he even expected and shot off toward him. She raised her fist which was splattered with blood and sent it toward his head. The impact was bone shattering. He went flying, not expecting such a blow. She had seemed fair and distant, now she was on him like a rabid dog. She followed his form as he landed and even before he could get up she was at him again. Her fists shot in quickly and hard. The older fighter cried out, she did not hear. She kicked his body to the side. He hit the ground once more and the android let out an angry yell.
?This fight is going to end!? The female shouted. She shook with the anxiety that came with fighting and using her full power. Every fiber in her body burned with passion for the battle. This old man was nothing, even with his little technique he could not win. She started toward his body; he was beginning to pick himself up. She let him do so, only so that she could cause him more pain. She did not enjoy beating up a person once they were done, unless of course if it was necessary. Now Jackie Chun stood facing her. He was scratched and bruises were beginning to form, but other than that he was fine. This was a fight she was going to win, even if it meant killing this man.
They shot forward at the same time. Quickly they engaged in a battle of fists and feet. The older man was quick on his feet, but he could not last long. He was more powerful than the others, but not powerful enough to even hope of winning. She let her aura flare higher. Her attacks came in non-stop, they hit hard and she knew it would not be long before this wrinkled warrior would tire. She pushed out both hands and hit Jackie hard in the chest. His body went flying backwards and he stumbled but did not fall. He was a tough one, and wise, but how could he possibly last?
The area was silent. The sky had darkened more and the fighters? auras brightened the surroundings. Android 18 stood with her arms slightly bent and fingers clenched. Her hair lightly fluttered in the evening breeze that was usual here. The grass did not waver here though; it was too dry and dead for movement. 18 did not enjoy this place; it was too dull for her tastes. Her cool eyes stared toward Jackie Chun; he stood in his own stance. He was beat up but still had fight in him. She waited patiently wondering if he would charge toward her, or beg for mercy. After what he had done, though, she would not give him compassion. She brushed some golden strands of hair away from her cheeks and waited. It was a staring contest now, but soon the fighting had to resume. It did, though they had not really been standing still for so long, the android felt itchy for the fight to start up again. She clenched and unclenched her strong hands. He would feel more pain; she would make him cry for his life. It slightly startled her to think such things, but then, why not? A smirk etched itself into her pale face and she charged her power back up. It was time to start again, perhaps this time he would die.
She shot off toward the wrinkled man with full speed. He did not move, and so she hit him hard with her shoulder. He fell and she caught him by the wrist. With all the strength she possessed she pulled him right back up and into the air. Her hands glowed and as he started falling she began to fire off a volley of ki blasts that connected to his body. They exploded and scorched his body, but they were not so powerful, only a taste. She let him land on the ground only to watch him struggle to get back up. Smoke curled up and off his body, but he didn?t seem to notice. He stared at her intensely, as if saying she could break his body but not his mind. The android stared at him blankly and then gave him an odd shrug. This was a tournament, and he had to die. She came in again and although he worked to block and protect his body she was awfully fast. She hit him a few times and made him stumble in pain. How could he not beg for mercy? Of course everyone she had fought had too much pride. She let the old man get away from her savage attacks and stood waiting, the time would come soon enough.
