You first start out as any class. That class has a set of techniques, the more points you put into it the stronger it is when you use it.
When you decide you want more techniques you can train for another class. It takes a good amount of RPing and time, but in the end you will become two classes, so like you'll be a Ninja and a Theif, you'll have a lot of techniques to use.
Now once you've been in the game a while you can make up your own techniques too, or class. It's just like training for a normal job. You canm also ask to have a tecnique removed if you don't want it anymore.
