"Wha-what!?" Goten stuttered as he attempted to comprehend what had happened, one moment he was squaring off with a random fighter and the next he had to deal with a much more to-the-point warrior who's intentions had obviously been on the youth's blood... the child aura erupted in a glory of whitish blue as he stared at the fighter who had suddenly thrown the youth into a battle. His eyes scanned about to see the effects of the stasis grenade, encasing both the pirate and him within this sphere of energy. "Who are you?" Goten muttered softly.
"A space pirate looking for vengeance." Bojack replied with little to no sympathy for the appearance of the child who had already been quite tattered by the previous fights before.
"Why do you want to fight me?" The hybrid was still a tad confused by the situation... especially since he had been traveling with Pan whom he had left back at the bunker not too long ago.
"Vengeance..."
A quick shatter of the silence took place above the humming of the field about them; Bojack took point of the battle by making a quick rush forward, throwing his fist up in a heavily aimed attack towards Goten's small frame. Regaining his place within the battle, the demi Saiyan finally noted Bojack's assault but it was a second too late... the child was thrown backwards at a fly, recorrecting himself by slamming his arms and legs out quickly to halt his flight. The eyes of a fighter now accompanied Goten's childish expression as he looked at Bojack now not as another person... but another fighter, another fighter whom would be a possible killer, another fighter that might take another one of his friends...
"...Goten?" Kirano's voice still haunted his mind; the fact of the matter was that he couldn't protect anyone even in an hour of need. A small shiver ran down his back as he brought himself back to the battle, a sudden eruption of energy from Goten launched the youth forward from his halted position into the waiting area of the fighter Bojack he faced...
