Well I would love to write a novel like Reijin has, but I don?t think I will.
Geez when I became staff it wasn't this fun XD.
What am I looking for? In all honesty I believe activity is a major thing among staff. In order to have an RPG run its best and not fail you need a staff that will come on at least every day and do their job. This place almost died once and I tried hard to bring it back, the staff was MIA (mostly) and people just wanted to give up on this place. I didn?t give up until the end when it seemed no one cared about my effort, that?s when I took a break of about a month or two. Anyway, my point is, you guys need to know now that I?m looking at those who spend enough time in this. I also agree though that you need to have fun once in a while. This is just a game, it isn?t real life. It isn?t all as serious as it seems, but as Rad has said, you gotta know when to be staff and when not to. I know what stress is, I?ve part-run 3 RPGs at once and it isn?t simple, but bad things always pass and some good will come out of your efforts.
So I wanna see you guys having fun and just doing your best. Don?t take this so serious that you come back claiming you?ve gained manic depression and its all this RPG?s fault, we don?t need that. Just be yourselves and don?t try to change just so we think you deserve to win.
Well, welcome to CDBZ Apprentice, and I wish you all luck.
