Before we start, Burter is going to say something real quick
Furiza: Life's a bitch, no one would have expected you to do anything other than what you did. I think you did a fine job of getting people organized, and set things up nicely for Slug to step in like he did.
Android 20: As Burter stated previously, I'm not entirely sure why you were brought into the boardroom at all. I didn't see many complaints about your work, nor do I really have any comments to make on your performance.
Janemba: You're kind of in a tough spot, man. I feel for ya, I really do. I guess I have a couple of suggestions to make. If something comes up and you're finding that you don't have as much time as you thought you might, do one of two things: 1) Tell whoever needs to be told that you're not going to have time, and explain, to some extent, why; or 2) tell them you're working on it and it's just going a bit slower than you thought. And I guess that goes out to anyone reading this.
Zarbon: Apparently people didn't like your work. That's what I've been hearing anyway. From my point of view, your final product looked fine. What I liked about it was the way you broke it down and made it easy for some moron to click on a link and see the rules. That can be a pretty important step to take. However, I can't simply ignore what seems to be unanimous consent that you were being lazy or doing a half-assed job.
So... yeah... I guess you guys want to know who's gonna be fired, eh?
I understand that life can get in the way -- hell, everyone understands that -- but I think you handled the situation pretty poorly. Furiza posted almost exactly the same thing I'm saying now.. I understand that it wasn't a matter of you simply refusing to do your work, but it's another thing to leave you're team mates thinking you're flaking out on them. On the plus side, however, it sounds like you could go without this extra bit of pressure on you.
Quote:Burter: I only have one real thing to say. In my eyes, Zarbon did the worst, but at least he DID the work. In the end, it comes down to this. We can't justify firing anyone over someone who didn't do it, no matter the reason. It's just fair to those who did the task to it's fullest. That's my say, Rad. Take it away

Janemba,
You're Fired!
You're Fired!
