[Hellfighter 17]

Somewhere, out in the universe, there is a small gathering of planets in their own little cluster. This little galaxy of its own is called teh Elementia galaxy, where a series of four planets reside. Among those planets is one called Oceaniana. This place is home to the aqua beings that have lived there for centuries; the Water Elementions. Like Elementions from the otehr three planets, these people have special powers, particularily one, that stands out, above the rest.

This Water Elemental is known to many as "The One," but is not reconized in some parts of the planet. He has resided in one part of the planet that he has situated for himself. It is just beyond a vast underwater volcanoe, in a cave. The path in the aqua cavern leads on for about 25 miles before you reach the actual home of the creature. Once you reach this man, you will immediately notice something strange about him. It is the fact that he is quite larger than many others of his race. This is due to teh fact that he has acquired a power-up that takes him to the full potential of his powers, a side effect, though, is that once you transform, you grow monstrously huge and you are stuck in that power-up forever. This power-up is named 'Brain of Braun,' for he has trained his mind so that it is his most useful power, but he is still incredibly powerful in strength.

Along with reaching his ultimate form, he had also mastered two techniques that invloved his brain power. One of them is the 'Mind Grasp' technique. This allows him to be able to play tricks with his opponents minds. The other is the 'Liquidation' technique. This is one very useful move for battle as it can turn any inanimate object into water.

If you can somehow make it to The One's lair, he may teach you how to perform some of these techniques, maybe even the transformation.
