First of all, I will do the questions.

1) How would you rate Zarbon as a TA?

As a TA, he did pretty bad. A TA is supposed to organize his team and use their input to further the final product, not try to make up for anything, if you are going to ignore suggestions, I wouldn't want you as staff, because, that is what we are here for, isn't it.

2) Why did you lose?

We lost because some people had no idea what they were doing or just kind of did their own thing, this was msotly due to Zarbon's lack of dictating responsiblity

3) Who would you blame the loss on?

First of all, I wouldn't really blame anyone, that would be putting all fault on them, but, as to who contibuted the most to our failure, I can answer that. Zarbon for reasons stated above, he was not well organized with us and did not take in all input.

4) Who would you fire?

I would fire Zarbon, for reasons stated above.

5) Who would you NOT fire? *scratches out* Who was the best?

I would say Furiza, he did his excellently and it was well-formated.


Now, commentary on what people have said, this will be...interesting. I'll just do this generally...

Some people said Krillin was the best, such as Zarbon said he did a whole section. He made a format for making the techniques and edited them in his first post. He did do a good job, I'm not saying he did a bad one, but he didn't exactly do a whole lot, but he had enthusiasm and the willingness to work, which wa sgood. If he had been able to do more, I'm sure I might have voted him as the best. Sorry, Krillin, I forgot your other section. I must say that still does not reach you to the best, but still, I liekd that too, good job.

Some of you voted for me, I thank you, but I feel as though I could have done better. Personally, I liked my NPCs, but my techniques could have been better. I am not saying it his all their fault, but the TA could have moved me more in the right direction.

I don't see what was wrong with the final product's format, I kind of liked it. It could have been better, but I liked it.

As for the risk thing, as Furiza stated earlier, you should only take a extreme risk if you know the people will be able to fulfill every bit of your expectations. And I don't think that you know anyone of us that well, or, at least, you shouldn't >_>

As stated before, you do take responsibility for our downfall, that is the risk of being TA. TA is to show your leadership skills to the staff, but you didn't even notice that. It would be better if you read Burter's explanation of the task fully.

As asked before, tell me why you do not deserve to be fired, Zarbon. A in-depth answer is what I am looking for.

Furiza, stop the hate, man =(

As for the idea, I have seen a t.v. show almost exactlt like that, with humans and different races frome elemental planets and everything, it was good. I think the storyline had great potential, but, in the final product, you did not make it as in-depth as you could have. But I did kind of liked it, but I still say my ant RPG would have rocked =(

I will post my reviews on each team member alter, along with a in-depth look at the TA's performance, once I regain my memory...and finger usage.
