I want to give Zarbon some help on something.

I brought you guys into this boardroom based on how everyone worked, but though he has to accept responsibility, he was not the only person that did things. Some of you didn't even seem to MAKE suggestions. Zarbon's actions were enough to get your team here... however, that doesn't mean that HE will necessarily be fired. He may be. But it all comes down to how this works out.

As for the "going overboard" thing, you have to find a median. Last time, we asked you to revise "Board rules", meaning relating to the message board and the stats and such. Coming up with new Fusion rules were not relevant in any way. Those weren't rules, those were techniques. Which means you took what seemed to be an excerpt from the Techniques page and stuck them in as "rules". You don't see our SSJ section in the rules section. In this case, we gave you a basis, and stated that you could use the basic idea as a building block, but that we wouldn't limit your ideas. I believe we said to create anything you wanted, as long as you used our system as a basis. They did that. You did that. They just seemed to add more to that basic block.

Zarbon did come up with an idea when you guys had no forewarning to start working with, when you only had 48 hours. Granted, you had some time, but would you rather be caught with your pants down when you gf's dad comes in, or just with your belt buckle loose? He gave you guys a cold hard core to work from, and you could build on it. Excelsior did that exact same thing, the only difference being that they all agreed with Bra's decision and noone argued. However, they each equally agreed to do parts and let each other help, instead of one man doing all the work. Zarbon did take a stand as team leader and he produced. He gave a concrete building block to work with. Bra did the same. However, they ALL went about working together very differently then you. Your loss was not totally Zarbon. It was a team failure. He is just responsible as admin, but if you try to blame him entirely, and he gets fired, and you assume that it was all his fault, do you expect to suddenly have this losing streak vanish? 20 stated it best. There is a reason why you guys have come here twice. If by saying Zarbon is entirely at fault on this helps you believe that getting rid of him will rid you of imperfections, that's fine, but then you are also saying he was responsible for the earlier loss as well. Perhaps there are some team issues you all could learn to relate with.
