Here it is. Everything put together in a logical order (or at least logical to me =P) and spellchecked fairly well. This isn't the final copy until you guys give it the okay.'
Introduction
In the Dragonball Universe, every character has his or her own set of techniques. Techniques are special type of moves, and a lot of them will power a character up. But here in the Chubbs Universe, you have to earn the techniques, and earning them requires special things from special people or places.
Note: If a technique says it can be learned from a special person, then check the Special People link on the left for information on them.
Non-Power Up Techniques
Zanzoken- This technique is a fairly common technique. Almost every character will have it. What it basically is is a very quick movement. It is also known as After Image. The player moves so quickly, it leaves a faded image of themselves behind, as they move about. The character can't be moving about more than a second for the untrained. It is mostly a technique to help you dodge an attack, but there are a couple of levels to it. Unlike some techniques/attacks, this technique doesn't have to be called out and no sound is needed, also, no special person needs to teach you this. You need to learn this yourself or get it rewarded for good RPing.
Zanzoken: The normal level. This is the level all character at Chubbs has and starts with and can only leave an after image for about three seconds but actually moves around for about one second. Usually used to dodge attack.
Requirements: None

Difficulty: Extremely Easy
Trained Zanzoken: This is the Zanzoken after being trained. The After Image lasts for about five seconds and the character can move longer distances because they have almost a two second raise in duration to move.
Requirements: Determination of 180, speed of 275
Races: All
Difficulty: Moderate
Double Zanzoken: The name Double is obvious. You have the same stats as the regular Zanzoken but you have the ability to leave an extra after image to confuse your opponent even more.
Requirements: Determination of 200, Speed of 300
Races: All
Difficulty: Hard
Master Zanzoken: Once your character is able to Master the Zanzoken, he or she can have up to five different after images of him/herself. And also has the duration of three seconds to move around between each after image so the character can reach farther distances. Great for tactical fighters.
Requirements: Determination of 150, speed of 350
Races: All
Difficulty: Extremely Hard
Telepathy- Telepathy is reading and talking in your minds to other people. It gives you the ability to tell people further away certain things as long as one of you have this ability. You can tell another character something in their mind but they wouldn't be able to reply back unless they have telepathy too. Attaining the ability is difficult, it is usually given out on certain occasions when a person RPs a personal story and/or does very well at RPing. That and at staff-run sagas. If both people have telepathy, they can even Mind Spar. Mind spar is just as it states, sparring in your mind. Both of you have to have telepathy to do this, but it is rewarding.
Requirements: 175 Intellegence

Metal Binding
This is a very unique technique that can only be learned on the Planet Frost #213. Several of the leading scientists on Frost #213 have been studying the capabilities of metal for quite some time and have discovered a way for a living being to manipulate metal to practically any shape they please. They have dubbed this unique talent that they have discovered, "metal binding." The user of metal binding is given control over anything made of metal and can alter and shape it in any way they please, depending on their aptitude with this ability. There are even rumors that one of the scientists has discovered a way to transmutate organic materials into metal. However, one may not simply ask these scientists to teach them metal binding. They are far too busy to be bothered with everyday people, let alone are they seen on the streets, for they spend most of their time in a well-concealed laboratory hidden somewhere on Frost #213. They will contact you only if they believe you are worthy and capable of mastering this technique.
There are five different levels of mastery of Metal Binding.
Level 1
The user has limited control over metal, allowing them to slightly bend it into crude shapes. This level of metal binding is the least rigorous to perform and to master. This was the first level the scientists discovered, and you can study and try to learn this level from Dr. Letam.
Requirements: Sum of all mental stats must be at least 350
Races: All
Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Level 2
The user has a much more refined ability over metal, bending and morphing it into highly complex shapes, far more durable and intricate than those of level 1. This level of metal binding is somewhat difficult to perform, and altering the metal to a complex shape will take more time than a crude form, as level 1 is capable of. Level 2 metal binding was discovered by Dr. Nori, and is much more difficult to learn than level 1.
Requirements: Sum of all mental stats must be at least 450, Metal Binding Level 1

Difficulty: Moderate
Level 3
One who is capable of performing Level 4 metal transfusions has reached the stage where they are able to infuse their own ki into the metal, making it far stronger. This stage is also known as the Imbuement Level. This level in metal binding does not increase one's ability with the morphing of metals, but it allows them to greatly increase the power of the metal they morph. This level of metal binding was discovered by Dr. Leets, who is also a skilled fighter and will make you prove to him that you are a physically capable fighter as well before he will teach you this level of metal binding.
Requirements: Sum of all mental stats must be at least 500, Metal Binding Level 1, Metal Binding Level 2, and all physical stats must be at least 260

Difficulty: Moderately Hard
Level 4
This level is believed to be the greatest level one can attain in the realms of metal binding. You are capable of creating sleek metal armor around you, as well as weapons. You are also capable of moving massive amounts of metal at once. Level 4 transmutations are difficult to perform, and take longer than any of the other levels of metal binding. This level of metal binding was discovered by Dr. Lirhtim, and it is very difficult to fully master this level of metal binding.
Requirements: Sum of all mental stats must be at least 550, Metal Binding Levels 1, 2 and 3

Level 5
No one is really quite sure if this level of metal binding truly exists yet. All four doctors have been furiously researching the fifth level of metal binding, and it is still in the experimental phase. It is believed that those who reach this level of metal binding will be able to cause any substance to transmutate into metal instantly. The tests with this level have so far been disastrous, but they are slowly beginning to pinpoint how to reach this level. If you are both daring and foolish enough to be the doctor's test subject, you may be able to master the greatest level of metal binding one can ever achieve.
Requirements: Sum of all mentals must be at least 625, Metal Binding Levels 1, 2, 3 and 4, and all physical stats must be at least 300

Pyrokinesis
This technique is the ability for one to control fire. People capable of mastering Pyrokinesis will be able to fire jets of flame with ease, as well as creating a damaging inferno about their body, and greatly increasing the temperature around themselves. However, one can only control as much flame as their body is capable of controlling. One must constantly adjust their body to extreme temperatures more and more so that the fire they control will not harm them.
Requirements: Continuous and intense training, combined mentals of at least 550

Cryokinesis
This technique is the polar opposite of Pyrokinesis. Cryokinesis is the ability for one to control ice. Those who master cryokinesis will be able to lower the temperature around them drastically, slowing an enemy's heart rate from the intense cold, and fire bolts of ice at will. However, like Pyrokinesis, one can only use cryokinesis to the extent that their body is capable of handling. If they do not train their body to be very resistant against cold, this technique can harm themselves as well. One must constantly expose themselves to extremely cold temperatures continuously in order to execute cryokinesis safely and effectively.
Requirements: Continuous and intense training, combined mentals of at least 550

Shapechange - A strange school exists in Southern City on Earth, where you can learn the ability to rearrange your molecular structure, skin pigment, bone structure, and organ placement to take on the physical appearance of any being you have ever seen, for a price. Your power level, abilities, and skills do not increase during a shapechange. If the life form has a natural advantage (such as claws or flight), than that can be used. However, no abilities resident to the being you are impostering can be used. If you are struck by a powerful Ki blast, you immediately revert into your base form, and become extremely disoriented. You are not able to power-up to any ascended transformation while in a shapechange. The school is a bit generous: If you are unable to learn the ability at their school, you don't have to pay for the training. You only pay the 2000 Zeni fee if you successfully learn the ability "Shapechange".
Requirements: 2000 Zeni (taken upon completion of training), 300 Stamina, 250 Intelligence
Effect: Shapechange into a being you have seen before

Ki Sense (X)-This ability not only tells you where power is being used, but also, with more expertise, if you know the power's source who's it is. This all depends on the level of Ki Sense you have.
Ki Sense 1 - You can since only larger powers nearby. You ability to sense other Ki levels is limited to only a few kilometers or so. You get this level if you have an Intelligence of 200 and you've been on Earth for 1 month.
Requirements: 200 Intelligence, Must have been on earth for one month (actively roleplaying)
Effect: Ability to sense Ki

Ki Sense 2 - You can tell if the power is stronger or weaker then your own, but cannot judge how much difference there is between you. You will learn this if you have an Intelligence of 300+ and have been on Earth for four continuing weeks.
Requirements: 300 Intelligence, Must have been on Earth for four consecutive weeks (actively roleplaying), Must have Ki Sense 1
Effect: Ability to sense Ki

Ki Sense 3 - You ability to sense powers and judge them accurately is impressive as you can sense most to all of the planet you reside on. Also, the range of detecting if someone is hiding his or her power level increases. Large disturbances throughout the universe can be sensed. Larger power levels, whether you know them or not, can be sensed across the planet. Concentrations of ki, such as those common when performing favored techniques, become obvious. This also allows a person to sense the locations of dragonballs with their ki sense. To gain this ability, you must have ki sense 2, 400+ intelligence, and have spent 1 week on Earth.
Requirements: 400 Intelligence, Must have been on earth for one week (actively roleplaying)

Teleportation
Shunkan Idou / Instant Transmission - A powerful ability that allows a person to instantly transport their body to another place in the universe. While the character does not have to know where they are going, they do need a significant source of ki to lock onto. When using this ability, the character's ki sense is boosted drastically. Along with themselves, the person can take up to 3 other people with you.
Requirements: N/A

Kai Kai Teleportation - Similar to Instant Transmission, Kai Kai Teleportation allows a character to teleport instantly to another spot in the universe. The difference is that no ki signal is required as a "target" for this technique. The catch is that the person teleporting has to either have to been to where they are going before, or have a clear picture of where it is. Only one other person can be taken with you when you teleport.

Note: Both forms of teleportation can allow the user to jump to the afterlife and back. You can only come back from the afterlife if you're actually alive.
Fusion- This "fusion" ability combines the fusion dance, the racial fusion abilities and anything else that could be considered fusion. Two characters must learn the "fusion" ability to fuse. Both characters must be of same race to fuse using fusion dance. While fused, their base ki is equal to the combined base ki of both characters times two. Other individual abilities (Genki Dama, Teleportation, etc.) can still be used. You may learn fusion from the Grand Kai/Supreme Kai. Someone that has learnt Fusion from a Kai can teach Fusion only once to a person.

Possession - In Hell, the King of Demons (Dabura) may teach you the ability to possess another person's body. This technique relies upon self-endurance, and the ability of the mind to adapt to new circumstances. After learning this technique, a normal human would require little exertion to possess, while a fellow warrior would take a great deal of energy. If a warrior has a higher Determination than you, you will be unable to possess him. The higher your Determination is than the warrior's will increase your chances of this ability working. There are a few restrictions:
1) You may not kill the body of the possessed being.
2) You may not use any of his Zeni for personal gain.
3) If you are killed while in possession of another's body, you and your body are sent to the Afterlife, while the Kai's will resurrect the body and soul of the being you possessed, and reconnect the spiritual bond between them.
Requirements: 300 Determination, 350 Stamina

Healing- A very rare, very powerful ability that can be given out with staff approval. This grants the power to heal the wounds of others. Massive amounts of healing can be done in only minutes, while less serious injuries can seconds to mend.

Power Up Techniques
Saiya-Jins
Super Saiya-jin - The saiya-jin have locked within them the ability to transcend their body?s limitations, and transform into a heightened state. This state is called Super Saiya-jin. The saiya-jin experience an extreme emotional surge, which unlocks the anger stored away in the hearts. The surge can be of any emotion, though rage is the most common. At the transformation, several changes happen to the saiya-jin?s body and mind. The saiya-jin?s muscles expand, signifying a huge strength increase. Their hair turns golden-blonde, and begins to stick up in the air from the energy. The saiya-jin aura turns golden-blonde, and grows substantially stronger. The first time a saiya-jin transforms, and each time thereafter, the saiya-jin?s mind experiences a rush of anger. In the beginning, this rush causes even the most stable saiya-jin to lose control of their thought processes, and they regress into primitive instinct. Eventually, as the saiya-jin becomes more and more attuned to the technique, less and less rage is needed to unlock it, giving the saiya-jin more control over his transformation. This technique can only be acquired through staff approval as a rare reward for exceptional roleplaying, usually in a saga. This ascension boosts the saiya-jin?s stats x15.

Difficulty: Hard
Super Saiya-jin (Trained) - The saiya-jin may be able to control himself under the Super Saiya-jin transformation, if he trains his body and mind to accept such a power increase. As the saiya-jin ascends into the transformation more and more, he will be able to sustain such a power increase for longer periods of time, and control himself better. The training can be done all at once, though the control is achieved easier if it is done over a long period of time.
Requirements: Super Saiya-jin, 700 total Mentals (Intelligence + Determination + Luck), Intense Training
Effect: x20 stat boost
Races: Saiya-jin only
Difficulty: Hard
Super Saiya-jin 2 - This is the next level in the saiya-jin transformation hierarchy. This transformation is very similar to the first level, but with more of a stat boost. The physical changes are very similar as well. The muscles expand only slightly, and the hair lengthens slightly as well. The hair is still golden-blonde, though it separates into more spikes and is straighter. The aura becomes even stronger, with a deeper golden-blonde hue about it. Electricity usually surges about the transformed saiya-jin. The rage once again consumes the saiya-jin, after another surge of emotion. The loss of control is much more distinct in this form, and may leave the saiya-jin lost in his power. This technique is only given with staff approval as a rare reward for exceptional roleplaying, usually in a saga. This ascension boosts the saiya-jin?s stats x30.

Difficulty: Very Hard
Super Saiya-jin 2 (Trained) - Super Saiya-jin 2 requires a much greater spirit of control than Super Saiya-jin does, and the saiya-jin must therefore train even harder to master his new transformation. The saiya-jin will find it easier and easier to ascend and control himself as he continues his training. Eventually, he will unlock the full potential of this technique.
Requirements: Super Saiya-jin 2, 1000 total Mentals (Intelligence + Determination + Luck), Continuous Training
Effect: x40 stat boost
Races: Saiya-jin only
Difficulty: Very Hard
Oosaru - This is what makes the saiya-jin race so distinct, apart from SSJ. When a saiya-jin with a tail looks up at a full moon, they undergo a transformation in which they become a giant ape. They increase in size tenfold, and their strength increases as well. The only problem is, no saiya-jin can control this transformation without the proper training. Because of this, Oosaru is only used as a last-ditch attempt. In extreme cases, the saiya-jin has destroyed himself in primal rage. This transformation boosts the saiya-jin?s Strength and Attack Power x5.
Requirements: Two weeks training on Vejita-sei
Effect: x5 Strength and Attack Power

Difficulty: Moderate
Oosaru Mastery - Under intense training on Vejita-sei, a saiya-jin is able to control himself in his Oosaru state, and thereby reach the transformation?s full potential. Without this technique, Oosaru is a dangerous, desperate move. The saiya-jin still needs a full moon to transform.
Requirements: Four weeks training on Vejita-sei, Oosaru, 600 total Mentals (Intelligence + Determination + Luck)
Effect: Control of Oosaru
Races: Saiya-jin only
Difficulty: Moderately Hard
False Moon - If a saiya-jin trains on Vejita-sei, he may discover the ability to create a False Moon, and thereby a doorway into Oosaru. A lot of Ki must be pumped into this ability, so the transformation is not quite as powerful. If Oosaru, the transformation only manages to reach x2 Strength and Attack Power. If Oosaru Mastery, the transformation only manages to reach x5 Strength and Attack Power. An opponent may destroy the False Moon (decided by staff). If the False Moon is destroyed, the saiya-jin reverts back to his base form, almost completely drained of Ki.

Difficulty: Moderately Hard
Nameks
Super Namekian (SNS) - A transformation gained by pure training and hard work done on the Namekian home planet. No emotional trigger is required for this technique, but an exceptional amount of work is. Not every Namekian is truly fit to go super, and those that manage this marvelous ability are few and far between. If this technique is achieved, the user has truly proven that they are no pushover.
Requirements: 1,200,000 Ki, 270 Determination, Two Weeks Training on Namek-sei, 2 Quests on Namek-sei

Species: Namekian
Ultra Namekian (UNS) - There were tales long ago spoken of ?Ultra Namekians? but few really understood what was being spoken of. Were they gods? Were they merely ascended warriors? Not even those able to achieve this ability know for sure. It seems impossible, but on achieving this technique, a Namekian begins to feel euphoric and completely at one with the world. Power begins to flow through them at an unbelievable pace, and few dare to stand up to such a marvelous competitor.
Requirements: 1,900,000 Ki, 400 Determination, Super Namekian, Complete Three Training Quests (Train Body, Train Mind, Train Soul)

Namekian Body Size Control - An incredible ability known by namekians alone that allows a user to completely stretch out their own form. With this marvelous ability, one can stretch their arms as far as the eyes can see, or even just change the actual size of their being. Ever wanted to be a giant? With this, all is possible. Simply meet with Guru's guard, Charango, and your training will begin... that is, if he deems you worthy.
Requirements: 3 Weeks Training With Charango
Species: Namekian
Regeneration- Namekians have some truly amazing abilities that few other species could even dream of achieving, and regeneration is one such technique. With this ability a namekian can simply regrow their limbs as they please. In a battle where all seems against you, and then you get your arm ripped off? Not a problem! Now you can simply regrow your lost limb and beat back the oppressor better than you were before. If nothing else, the shock value will be enough to turn things in your favor.
Requirements: Speak with Guru to learn of the requirements.
Species: Namekian
Repelled Demon - As Kami was able to do long ago to reject Piccolo from his system; a namekian can remove the evil entity from his body for periods of time. Much like split form, this ability leaves you in two, but the difference is, your evil side is much, much more powerful. Your evil half will have ? of your max ki, and a determination 5x that of your own. With this said, he will be extremely hard to control, and you might only hope that he will follow your commands. If your character is already evil, chances of being able to control the ?demon? is far more likely.
Requirements: 300 Determination, 1,500,000 ki, specified training from Guru.
Species: Namekian
Androids
CPU Balancing - This Android Upgrade balances the Central Processing Unit, allowing for enhanced combat capabilities. The Android must be shut down for one week (OOC) in order to do the proper adjustments. The CPU must already be in a general form of balance, or this upgrade will not work.
Requirements: Costs 7500 Zeni, at least 275 in each stat, 600 Total Mentals (Intelligence + Determination + Luck)
Effect: x20 stat boost
Races: Androids only
Difficulty: N/A
CPU Reformation - This Android Upgrade aligns the Central Processing Unit with itself, balancing it even further, and giving the Android an incredible boost. The Android must be shut down for one week (OOC) in order to do the proper adjustments. Again, the CPU must be in a general state of balance already, or this upgrade will not work. Because of the unique nature of this upgrade, an emotional surge is required, much like in Super Saiya-jin.
Requirements: Costs 20,000 Zeni, at least 350 in each stat, 1000 Total Mentals (Intelligence + Determination + Luck), Emotional Trigger

Changelings
Transformation 1 - Changelings are unique beings in the universe that are gifted with the ability to change their body form. Through rigorous training they have learned how to forcefully expand their body to almost two times as big as it is in their normal form. While doing this they also increase their stature so that their bigger muscles wouldn't dampen their speed, but actually enhance it.
Requirements: 1,000,000 ki and training on Frost #213 for two weeks
Effect: x5 stat boost
Races: Changelings
Difficulty: Easy
Transformation 2 - The first changelings that discovered their unique type of transforming also noticed that although they became much stronger and faster in the new form it didn't really provide them any kind of advantage. To try and build upon this they learned how to force what their next transformation would be and modified it to allow them more control over the outcome. In this second form the changelings are now more agile and quick but sacrificed other attributes to attain it.
Requirements: 1,150,000 ki, three weeks training on Frost #213, and a minimum intelligence of 225
Effect: x7 strength & defense, x13 speed & stamina, and x10 all other stats
Races: Changelings
Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Transformation 3 - Once the changelings started being defeated in their second form the wisest of the race got together to determine what could it be that was giving the enemy the upper hand. The conclusion was that with great battle tactics, strategies, and teamwork the enemy was stronger than brute strength or speed. To break through their intellectual plateau the changelings sought out the help from the genius brains of Mercy-sei scientists. The form itself shows no visible change from the third unless the transformer forces it.
Requirements: 1,250,000 ki, a minimum mental total 525, and either four weeks intense training on Frost #213 or a pill from the Mercy-sei scientists (costs 3,500 zeni from the CC on Mercy-sei)
Effect: x15 to all physical and x20 to all mental
Races: Changelings
Difficulty: Moderate
Transformation 3 Perfect - After the changelings used their new form it became clear to them that certain training regimens had more impact than others on their power. With this new knowledge they developed a much more in depth training with the new forms and were able to break through previous physical barriers. The new body becomes much more sleek, durable, and fine tuned for the flow of ki energy. This shape is most closely related to a humanoid.
Requirements: 1,300,000 ki, all physicals above 270, and heightened awareness of your race achieved by initial death and three weeks examining (training) the previous form's flaws in the Next Dimension

Difficulty: Hard
Transformation 4 - While in the Next Dimension the changeling saw lots of different types of people using many different power-up techniques. The most interesting of these techniques was the Kaioken, which allowed the user to push his body beyond its actual limits. From this principle the changelings discovered that infusing ki into every part of their body gave almost the same effect except the power could be maintained. For the body to do this, the changelings changed their form to a much more bulkier but still streamlined shape that allowed power and speed.
Requirements: 1,500,00 ki, all physicals above 320, one week training on Earth-sei, Vegeta-sei, Namek-sei, and Frost #213 to observe different power enhancements

Difficulty: Moderately Hard
Transformation 5 - This form is a combination of all previous training and knowledge combined. To achieve this form the changeling must undergo intense physical training and mental preparation. Allowing maximum flow of ki is the purpose of this form so it has taken the shape of Transformation 3 Perfect. With the body able to spread out ki with almost no effort the user can concentrate on the battle rather than maintaining the ki for power. The changeling also becomes so relaxed in this form that the need to concentrate to hold it is no longer needed as it has become natural. However, to reach the enlightenment for this form an emotional trigger is needed.
Requirements: 2,000,000 ki, all physicals above 500, all mentals above 400, six weeks training on Frost #213, and an emotional trigger

Difficulty: Extremely Hard
Mutants
Mutants are those who have only two forms, such as Garlic Jr. and Zarbon.
Mutant Transformation 1 - The first transformation for every mutant is almost always the result of either his or her racial attributes or genetic engineering. In both cases this transformation occurs when the need for more power is overwhelming the person. They finally have no other choice and a gene within their DNA activates their mutation to another form. The form itself could be almost anything depending on the person.
Requirements: 1,250,000 ki, excellent RPing, and a severe need for power such as coming close to death
Effect: x20 stat boost
Races: Mutants
Difficulty: Moderately Hard
Mutant Transformation Ultimate - After unlocking the gene that allows a mutant to reach their first transformation that person has another gene to limit their power. Only with an emotional trigger is a mutant able to summon up enough madness and rage that this blocker gene is overcome and a mutant's true power is exposed. Again, the form itself depends on the person.
Requirements: 2,000,000 ki, phenomenal RPing, and an emotional trigger
