They mean they didn't include things like Spiritken. Does anyone know if that was accidental or intentional? I haven't been reading the Apprentice boards, so I'm not sure. When we first opened Chubbs, we didn't say jack shit about non-transformers under the power-up section, so I'm hesitant to fault them for that.
Anyway, my vote also goes to Magma. I just thought they did a better job. I do think they severly underplayed mental stats, though. Look at this:
Maybe my math is a bit off, but if luck, int and det have to be at 350, wouldn't that give them over 1000 mentals anyway?
There were a couple stupid things like that, but that's my only real complaint. And its not like we don't have that anywhere on the actual page.

Quote:CPU Reformation - This Android Upgrade aligns the Central Processing Unit with itself, balancing it even further, and giving the Android an incredible boost. The Android must be shut down for one week (OOC) in order to do the proper adjustments. Again, the CPU must be in a general state of balance already, or this upgrade will not work. Because of the unique nature of this upgrade, an emotional surge is required, much like in Super Saiya-jin.
Requirements: Costs 20,000 Zeni, at least 350 in each stat, 1000 Total Mentals (Intelligence + Determination + Luck), Emotional Trigger
