Quests

Throughout the RPing world there are different planets, each planet with its own distinct quests. Quests are tasks that you complete in order to gain zeni and training points. In rare cases when exceptional RPing is shown, you may get a bigger reward than the regular one. Each quest has its own unique reward and description. On occasion, a staff member may interject in your RPing to alter the course of events in some way. Also, make sure you meet the requirements before beginning. Some quests require a group so pay close attention.


Earth Quests


The Red Stallions

A horde of alien rebels has landed on Earth and are pillaging and looting many cities in their conquest. Countless civilians have been massacred. Riots have appeared from seemingly nowhere,
starting in Central City, but have expanded over the globe. These riots were mostly concerning the government and how things were run, but as time passed, they began to be about why "aliens" were let on Earth. The number of rioters has increased drastically, and rumor has gone about that a cult has formed from this, and from what intelligence has shown us is that they are extremely violent. In the technological town of West City, a sharp high pitched ringing has echoed throughout the area for days and no one has any explanation as to how it began. The contest involves solving brain wracking riddles and being put in scenarios in which you must choose the best possible way to complete the task. Namekian farmers have been plagued lately by swarms of locust-like creatures stripping their trees completely of leaves. Pesticide, protective curses and numerous other methods have been attempted to repel them but to no avail. The swarms seem to be originating from a narrow valley between two major mountains, and the Farmers Guild has offered a zeni reward for anyone who stops them. Problem: Two parties of Namekian warriors have traveled in, none have come back out. There may be bigger stuff than common locusts stirring up trouble in that valley. ~By Garlic Jr

"Breaking News! It has been nearly a week since Namekian security closed off all access to one of the largest cities in Namek due to an outbreak of an extremely dangerous and contagious disease. For those not in the the know, this disease ,most likely carried to namek from an alien species, causes a chemical imbalance in namekian brains or, in short, drives them insane. Pathologists determined the unique bacteria to have a very short life span, a matter of one of two days, and that after a week of quarantine the city should be entirely free of any infectious material. The week is up and the city seems worse off than ever. Officals claim that this must be due to the bacteria having a special breeding ground, most probably at the space-port were it is believed to have started. They have concocted a spray that will annihilate this bacteria and end the horror once and for all. As this seems to only affect nameks the Namekian government asks any and all willing off-worlders to venture into the city and apply the spray before it is to late. Be warned anyone you meet along the way may be not of sane mind and may try to attack you. So if you have the muscle and bravery to take up this task, please do. Zeni and prestige will surely follow. Written on the dwelling wall of a Namekian elder, who happened to be on his way to a council meeting on alien tourism before he was found missing, was a message splashed in blood. ?From the Shadows we Strike. The alien loving scum of Namek will be washed away in river of blood.? Deeply disturbed the remaining council members have issued a plea. The potion maker in the castle of Bejita has run out of some ingredients and just in time too. A few counselors to the King himself have become ill. As luck would have it the ingredients that are low just happen to be the ones they need. Help her out. She will give you a list: Jasmine Flowers, Basle weeds, Quakri roots, and the all important Newt tongue. All four of these are found in different locations around Bejita-sei, and none of them easy to find. The Jasmine Flower to the Far East, in the barren waste lands, it was thought that nothing lived out there. The Basle weeds to the south, the roots in the mountains up north and to the west, near one of the few lakes that are found on Bejita-sei a newt tongue. Good luck.-By Lord Slug

All of Arlia has been distraught with fear the last few days from hearing that a group of "wizards" are planning to revive an ancient demon known as the Night Devil. Arlianian history has said that the Night Devil was what had put Arlia into eternal darkness many centuries ago. It wreaked havoc throughout the planet and destroyed the many thriving civilizations. The only civilization that survived was the small race of insect-like creatures that have now inhabited the entire planet. The Night Devil was then cast away into a deep labyrinth underground, encased in a semi-translucent orb with the power of the Mystical Amulets. He has been lying dormant for many years, and now rumor has it that his revival will cause even more damage on the already ravaged land. You must gather the four amulets spread across the planet in order to help stop the creature's arrival, but even this may not be enough. Be prepared for the worst. - By Android 16

Recently, the inhabitants of Arlia have been forming small bumps on their skin. They then experience extreme fatigue and increased heart rate as their bodies darken and their muscles weaken. The elders have gathered and have designed a potion that would heal the disease quickly, but one ingredient is missing, a rat fang. Not just any ordinary rat fang is required, but one from the depths of the Sirc Caves. The rats there are about five feet tall and do not nibble on tiny scraps but flesh and bone. These creatures are dangerous and have the ability to sense someone approaching from very long distances, making attacking all the more easier. You must retrieve the left fang of the male rat, but it must still be living while you are cutting the fang off or else it will be useless. - By Android 16
