I'm voting for Magma.

It looks to me like they managed the work load better, it didn't seem like I saw the same people doing the quests over and over. I also thought they had some cool quests.

I also agree with 18 about that Skull beneath the skin quest - it's not really a quest. It's character development in the form of a quest and while it may sound cool it isn't nessecary.
