I personally think experience is a very important part of it, but if you'd like another reason, sure:
As I said before, Jeroen had offered me a position a while ago, so I was obviously good enough in his eyes. He saw my capabilities and thought I would make a good staff member... and not to sound full of myself, I think he was right. I would do what needed to be done to make sure the site ran as smoothly, if not more smoothlificently then it currently does.
