I'm interested in knowing what you mean by your comment on me not doing "extra". I try to put 100% into every Task given me, and if anything else can be done, I go for it. I can't think of a single example in this competition when I finished my work and didn't ask if I could do more. I try to go that extra mile with my work, not so much that I will stand out in the competition (as I try to simply work naturally for that), but that I can benefit the team.

Give me an example in which I didn't put as much "oomph" as you think I should've, and perhaps even an example in which you think you did "extra". I'm not really seeing this distinction.
