I'll do this in the order shown on the ki list 'cause I can:

Raditzu: A fantastic roleplayer, almost always an extremely dedicated staffer, and someone who can be pretty funny OOC or on IM.
Koola: From what I understand, he's a scripting mastermind, and as of late, has been a lot nicer to people than I thought he was. The LMS tournament was a blast to read, too.
Reijin: The guy in the other guy's shadow. A great RPer, a great guy OOC, and someone who's gonna make it one day.
Kami: WTF, man? Kami's hilarious. Not only that, but he RP's a lot better than he thinks he does. I think Kami believes just because he doesn't make some earth-shattering epic, then it's not good. Fact is, you can write with a kind of humor that a lot of people here will never be able to recreate.
Android-18: Another fantastic roleplayer, and almost a stereotypically 'good' person, as well as someone who's been looking out for CDBZ since way back in the day. A great asset to this RPG, hopefully she becomes active again.
Burter: Da freakin' B-Man! Burter's always fun to RP with, has command of a very original comedic style but also a deeply serious edge depending on what the situation calls for. A very dedicated staffer, the leader of Pitch Black, creator of the FoF tournament, and a family man. (Awww.)
Goku: Sun Gokuh from Ahstraileea. I've continually enjoyed Goku's RPing. As a staffer, Goku's Captain Update. Kind of a mundane task, but a very important one nontheless, considering how many updates are demanded of staff at any given time.
Uub: Uub's a fun person to talk with, and also a much stronger roleplayer than he believes himself to be. A straight-forward guy who doesn't dance around the issue, which is, in my opionion, an admirable trait.
Frieza: Incredibly hilarious on and off the boards, Furiza's always there to do something stupid or witty that's good for a laugh. His RPs carry a kind of sarcastic description that's always an enjoyable read. Somebody who's not afraid to speak his mind.
Trunks: A witty, clever staffer. ...Even if I'm usually the target of that wit. Good RPer, too, if he would actually RP.
Tapion: A powerful RPer and now a story guide to boot. The guy deserved the promotion, and hopefully he keeps up his hard work.
Garlic Jr: GJ's another resident comedic genius. A serious RPer when he has time for it, I had a lot of fun RPing with him during the FoF tournament.
HF17: The guy I take cheap shots at. Nah, HF17 is an immense roleplaying talent, and no doubt earned the RAGE upgrade he so recently received.
Hercule: Hercule's roleplaying is on par with Frieza's for the kind of wit laden within the paragraphs. Although it's a very different style from Brit's, Hercule's RP's have been rather serious, but with perfectly planned and executed comedic relief throughout.
Recoome: Since you're not really on the ki list... you're down here, bud.
Firstly; Rec thinks I know everything about cars.
Second; Recoome's a great RPer, and someone I look forward to RPing with in the future. I've enjoyed talking with the guy on IM, and for the most part, he's an all-around good guy.

For All The Others: There's just no way I can accurately address everyone individually, because I just don't know some of you well enough yet. You guys are coming up in the RPG, and you bring fresh talent in with you. No doubt some of you will rise through the ranks in no time. Enjoy your time here at CDBZ.
