The problem is, the Nobel Prize is simply a tool used to identify people who have a good balance of both fame and "charity". There are hundreds upon hundreds of people more devoted than Bono, but they will never be recognized because they don't:

A) Have a band.

B) Hold a world office.

C) Thrust themselves at every Television Camera imaginable.
