Bebi had begun his attack, which was distorting the populace?s sight, visualizing greys, and blacks, and whites, all mixing together to create a world lacking colour. Even the android?s ability to adjust his focals to be hypersensitive to colour would not work in this instance; the effects would remain for the time being for all in the surrounding area.
A surge of energy was emitted from the machine which rested on the opposing side of the room and it bolted outwards, towards the collective group of anti-FoFII rebels. The current flowed passed the tsufuru-jin Bebi, obstructing his view for a mere tenth of a second. The possessive creature did not flinch as the powerful blast erupted behind him, taking down one of the main walls which barricaded the group form the rest of the building's occupants.
The creature whom ancestries lay with Vegeta-sei could feel the strain being put onto him; the device was leeching the energy from his body, but at the same time he was using his powers to suck the mechanization dry. A back to forth race for power was emerging and any person who was able to detect it could tell that this would not be very helpful for anyone.
?Ugh,? Yamu began, watching as both competitors appeared to be over-heating in some form of manner. ?This doesn?t look to good,? he finished, looking down towards BJ who had a look of frustration and strain bestowed upon him, and then toward the hell fighter who was to his immediate left. The android was just as scarce towards the situation as his human ally, but his mechanical processors began thinking of ways to counter what was happening.
?Maybe. . .? He began formulating a possible plan, the cranks within his head churning with every second. ?Just maybe. . .? he said, his mind gazing out into the wall and his mind gaping open, only to close immediately as his eyes began to fixate onto the machine. His arms spread out, defying the hold that the energy-absorbers had put him under. A burst of power overcame him as he unleashed much of the dormant, robotic strength which had not been present in the competition thus far. A green tint soon began appearing in the colourless world that Bebi had created and it was simply flashing to and from existence, a lack of sufficient power stopping it from sustaining for a more extended period of time. As the complex device began to suck energy from the super-powered android, Seventeen decided that he must supply much more fuel to his barrier for it to lift off. Some of the people within the room began to notice this?more specifically, the stronghold of guards?and they were becoming weary of just what this humanoid would do.
?Aygh!? screeched Seventeen. The android?s pupils began to dilate and a flash of light came into existence, distorted by a multitude of greens, and this then caused the hell fighter? pupils to contract, almost extinguishing from this realm. An orb appeared before the dozen spectators, and the competitors were then engulfed within the crowded base, with most of them being near one of the ends. The sponge began sucking up the orb?s power immediately, but the super-power would counter that right away.
Seventeen searched around the area for a moment, and once a desirable location came into view, his eyes widened in anxiety and a smirk crossed before his countenance. With the other five present in his ball, the android began to push his barrier towards the hole in the wall which had been made apparent not too long ago by the energy-draining machine. Some of the members of the group were angered that they were not able to stop this power source?particularly Bebi?but they majority of them agreed it was for the best, even the blue child who was slightly thrown off by this turn of events was aware of such a thing.
?Well, then, what do we do now?? inquired the tsufuru-jin, angered at the android, but more specifically how things turned out. He would have liked to turn off the power source, and the hell fighter had stopped them from being able to, but the possessor knew that it had become a lost cause and he himself was beginning to lose against his computer enemy.
?To find the others,? declared Seventeen, looking straight ahead as he drove the group further, pushing out energy second after second. Eventually he decided that he had better save the energy that he had left and he began to let down the guard. ?I?m dropping the guard,? declared Seventeen, letting his arms hang loosely at his sides. Now that the group was away from the dozen guards along with the energy-absorbing atmosphere, they had to figure out just where they were.

"We're just two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl."
