?Nice.? Vegeta thought to himself as he sped across the atmosphere scanning the various damage that his daughter had done to the asteroid. All along the ground were craters, gaping holes, cracks and smoke coming from all around them. Apparently Bra was going on a rampage, and nothing was going to stop her. Up ahead Vegeta could sense Bra?s Super Saiya-jin powers fluctuating at an uncontrollable rate. She was no doubt releasing her tension on anything that was left within the military base. Zarbon was not too far behind, the prince ensuring that he wouldn?t get too far up ahead to the point where he could not be seen.
His feet landed gently on the concrete outside of the base, watching as explosion erupted from within as if it were some kind of light show currently performing. Vegeta walked in and noticed his golden haired daughter releasing her anger in a very normal way for their race.
?Burter did all that he could! Don?t you dare talk about him like that!? Vegeta?s eyes looked around the room for another, but sensed and saw none. He wondered who she was talking to, since there wasn?t any other living soul in this direct vicinity. Perhaps she finally cracked, jumping straight over that line between sane, and completely insane. ?Shut up!? She shouted again, this time a great orb of ki had formed in her grasp, and she flung it straight forward. The energy took the form of a lance and ripped through the ground beneath them, easily taking out the outer wall of the base and continued it?s deadly gaze at a nearby hill. The explosion was massive, and the hill was no doubt dismantled before it even knew that the blast was coming.
Vegeta watched in amazement, she was so powerful at her young age. More powerful then both Vegeta and Trunks had ever been at her age. He knew that if anyone would ever be able to surpass them in power, it would be her. Bra fell to her knees, obviously she had either worn herself out, or she finally came to the realization that going on a massive rampage wouldn?t bring Burter or Trunks back to life.
?B-Burter! Trunks! I?m... I coulda done so much more for you guys! I?m so... so sorry! I really am! I made a promise to Uub... I?ll fight for you guys, I promise! No more running, no more hiding! I?m gonna kill Brim myself.? Her voice was almost breaking up, the pain had finished ripping apart her insides, and now she settled to an explainable emotion for revenge. Yet her voice grew softer, and she exhaled slightly as her golden hair retreated leaving only her cyan hair to remain. Tears were rolling down her cheeks, and she breathed heavily. Now she was definitely feeling it, as any Saiya-jin releasing their anger would.
Vegeta approached his daughter and placed his hand on her shoulder in an attempt to reassure her that it?ll be ok. The touch startled her, and she snapped her head to look up at her father. He nodded in response to her tender eyes, and she returned the favor immediately. Her body wobbled, but she still had the sufficient strength in order to stand up. A look of anger was still apparent, but perhaps now she?d realize to save it for the real fight, the one against Brim.
?Good choice. If I were Brim, I would probably hide out in a base like this.? The voice called for Vegeta and Bra?s attention, and they glanced over to see Zarbon just now entering the base. His daughter attempted to show a smile, but her face was in pain, and she didn?t push herself in doing so. The sound of footsteps could be heard coming from the entrance again, and they turned to greet the newcomer, whether friend or foe. It sounded as if there were more than just one set of feet, but they soon noticed that the creator of the steps wasn?t even human. It was the familiar that Bra had summoned up for protection. The shade just walked past both Zarbon and Vegeta, taking it?s required spot next to it?s master; Bra.
?He?s... so faithful...? The girl placed her hand on the beasts head, almost as she was ensuring his own safety and love along with hers. Vegeta watched, never had he seen such a thing before, and to be tamed by his daughter no doubt. This was something that continued to build up the pride within his heart for his family; the legacy of Vegeta will live on. But in order to do so, revenge was in order. Brim would die tonight, and that?s all he knew to focus on.
?We should head into the base.? The prince looked forward at the doors that still remained standing after Bra?s hateful rampage, ?If he?s here, he?ll have hidden himself deeper inside. He has to know we?re looking for him.? Vegeta began walking forward until his daughter spoke again.
?There?s zombies.? she interrupted, ?Zombies in here. Be careful.? His steps stopped and he remembered just before in the battle arena; the hordes of zombies and satan himself. Perhaps this would give him another chance to attack the beast, and this time, he wouldn?t run away.
?They are of no concern.? He turned to look at Bra and her familiar, ?especially with that?thing you have there.? A smirk appeared on his face, but it was hard for him to keep it there as the pain of losing his son still irked deep within his heart. ?Let?s go.? Vegeta turned back around and began heading through the door, Bra and Zarbon were right behind him. ?I take it you?ve been here before Bra?? Vegeta stopped as his vision took a picture of the unknown location.
?Yep.? She replied stepping in front of her father.
?Then you lead the way. I think I?ve seen enough surprises for one day.? Vegeta spat on the ground and began stretching out his shoulder muscles, no doubt he?d need them ready for combat if the zombies were still here. The wounds that Raditzu had given him were still there, but they were subsiding now from the after effects of the senzu bean, and the battle with satan. The Saiya-jins were quick healers, or maybe it was just that fact that pain was just another feeling for them, it helped remind them that they are still alive.
(Post 2: Yeh short, but not too sure how to RP the military base since it's already been RPed a bit, so i'll just follow Bra's lead. ^^)
