The snow crunched beneath her feet with every step. Terra was thinking about why she had been taken to this strange place. There had to be a reason for it. It couldn?t be a dream, it felt too real. Had someone installed some crazy virtual reality game onto her computer? That was hard to believe. Nyaromon acted so intelligent, it could talk and think and feel, unlike normal animals. It was also weird how it had changed, what was that all about? She was still unconvinced that this small friend of hers could protect her, it was too cute and small, what could it do? Another thought hit her, if she had Nyaromon, then there had to be other Digimon around in this world too.

?Nyaromon, are there other kids here, like me?? she asked the cat-like being sitting on her head.

?I don?t know, maybe.? it replied. ?All I know is that I was waiting for you ever since I can remember, and now you?re here!? that didn?t help, but oh well.

?I wonder when we?ll get out of this snow.? she said mostly to herself.

The sound of buzzing came from above the snow-covered trees. Terra stopped walking and looked up but could see nothing. The buzzing came closer, and soon Nyaromon was jumping off her head and onto the ground.

?Look out Terra!? it sounded, but her reaction time wasn?t great. From above missile-like stingers flew toward her. The teen ducked and they flew by and lodged themselves into snow and trees alike. Nyaromon made a low growl sound as the enemy came hovering closer. ?That?s Flymon, it?s Brown Stinger attack will knock you out!?

?Good to know?? Terra said from the ground, she was shocked. So it was true, there were other Digimon, and it would seem that they were not all friendly. ?I think we should run.? Terra said and was about to get up. Flymon dove in and swiped at her viciously. Nyaromon jumped in and gave the attacking insect creature a hard body chuck. Terra screamed and backed away, this thing wanted blood.
