That was kind of the point. Square doesn't care about realism. Who actually thinks that even Mr. T could handle that insane Buster Sword Cloud has? Certainly not an epileptic pipsqueak.
Seymour wasn't human. That's why he looks different. Case closed.
Quote:You hated it because it took too LONG. My god. I hate RPGs when they're too short, there's no such thing as too long, especially when there's constant class development and shift arounds in the plot line after about every three or four fights.
I thought it was too long and drawn out. I like chess, but I do not like FFT.
Quote:Unlike FFTA, no offense, which presented a more kid-friendly plot and simpler, watered down development system for the age group the GBA was targeting at the time. But hey, FFT was the second FF game I've ever played, so I guess I'm a little biased.
Yup. I like that.
Quote:Of course it's graphics, and mood setting audio are better then FF7. It's the best offline FF ever put out on the PS2, which isn't saying much considering the total lack of competition. There's no way FF7 could beat FF10 in graphics using a PS1 engine.
I think you're trying desperately to make a point, but I don't quite see what it is.
Quote:As for the atmosphere, I thought it was a decent game, better then FF8 or 9, but I've still been a big fan of seven. Although I admit, Blitzball kicked the shit out of any minigames FF7 had....'cept maybe the snowboarding.
I like Seven. But for total believability and plot, FFX wins. For me, at least.
Quote:Personally, I couldn't get into it. It was too easy.
You missed out. It's a fantastic game. Best music out of any Final Fantasy to date.
