PRE NOTE: NOT an attack on Uub, just a question...

So, I noticed Uub's post. He currently has Spiritken (Trained), it's a x20 multiplier. The new technique, being posted HERE, is a x25 multiplier.

Now, with that said, is it something we can all do, and have it approved/disapproved by staff? Is it something we can do only if staff gives us permission to do it before we make it up? Or is it just a big no no?
