Shapechange- This can be learned at the shapechanging school on Earth in Southern City. This is the ability to change your form to match any life form you have personally seen. This does not give you access to higher or lower powerlevels, skills or other abilities, that always keeps the same. But if the life form as any native abilities like flight or natural weapons like claws, you will have those as part of the transformation. If hit by a powerful physical or ki attack, you immediately revert back to your normal form. Note that you can't powerup to any super power while in another form.

So does this mean we can power up before and then shapechange or no powering up period? Reason I ask....can I be in my SNS form and then power up or do I have to revert back to normal first?
