I don't remember the episodes containing those battles very well, though. It's possible Goku may have killed him (Jeice), but I'm going to guess that either Ginyu or Vegeta did it instead.

Your sorta right, Vegeta killed Jeice.
Also I dont ever remember Ginyu being killed, infact I think the bastard was still alive , but it really depends on how long namekian frogs live.
