I recieved news today my Cousin was shot, in the leg though, so there will be no funeral. Unfortunately, the other guy got shot in the head twice. So my cousin has a court date, which will be pushed back then forgotten, Cuz he's an asshole and my uncle has money to pay people. But we are going to the guy's funeral... which 1- means i'll be sad, and 2- my cousin will end up shooting another rival family member. Now i gotta visit gold old New York, new York!
So yes Funerals are miserable, and in my distant family (cousins and such) it seems as though one leads to another. And its old. I feel ya pal.
