The synthetic humanoid rested his head on the wall he was leaning against, smiling vaguely. He sat on a rather comfortable bed, his burly arm resting around the small shoulders of the woman beside him, holding her close to him. Her head rested on his chest, eyes only half open as they both sat in the empty bedroom. The window on the wall to their left was flung open wide, a light breeze wafting the translucent drapes. Golden sunlight streamed into the room, tiny dust particles dancing through the diagonal pillar of daylight.
Aida shifted from under his arm, removing his leather jacket from her slender shoulders and placing it on the bed beside her, lying back against his chest again after removing the garment. "It's too hot in here." She murmered dreamily.
He chuckled. "It's not that bad. Though, you are wearing a jacket."
"Shut up." She replied playfully, punching his chest.
Michael laughed to himself, shifting his poisition slightly. "We should prolly get up sooner or later. Where've the others ran off to anyhow?" He said to himself, sitting up.
"Awww, just a little longer?" The groggy woman whined.
"You know I want to, babe. But we gotta get up. C'mon." The synthetic human lifted her from his bed, tossing her over his shoulder.
"Hey!" She yelled, giggling. "Put me down!"
"Well, if you're so tired, i'll carry ya'!" He boomed, stolling merrily down the hall.
She laughed at her jovial partner, giving in. "Where're we going, Michael?" She asked inquizatively.
"I dunno yet." He replied truthfully. He turned his attention to the ceiling, calling out to the rafters. "Hey, computer!"
His answer came startlingly quick. "Yes, Sixteen?" The british voice answered.
The android cringed at the name, shrugging it off. "Where's the rest of the alliance?"
"Most, if not all aren't on the planet at the moment." The computer replied, as though he was surprised that the android had asked.
"Aren't on the planet?" Sixteen repeated.
"Indeed." The voice answered.
None of 'em are here? I would at least expect someone to be here to watch the place... He thought to himself. What's going on...
"Uh, Michael?" The damsel over his shoulder tapped him on his mohawked cranium.
The android laughed, embarassed, lowering the girl to the floor. She entered a nearby room, looking around the bar curiously.
It didn't take long for Sixteen to decide his course of action. He followed the woman into the bar, grabbing her by the shoulder and spinning her around, planting a kiss on her lips. She she gasped, surprised, before looking up as him with a small smirk on her face. "What was that for?"
He hesitated before speaking. "I have to go investigate something..." He couldn't even finish his sentence before the redheaded woman began to attempt to dissuade him.
"But Michael, we only just got back from Nirvanna yesterday!" The ginger haired damsel whined. "It's been such a long time since we last saw eachother, I missed you so much and I wanted to spend some time with you!" She pouted, starring up at her towering boyfriend.
He gritted his teeth, finding it hard to resist the woman. "I'm sorry Aida, but my friends might be in trouble."
"But, who will I drink with?" She smiled mischeviously.
"You don't drink." Sixteen smirked.
She pouted, turning away. "Fine. Leave me here in the house alone. See if I care. Hmph!"
He turned her around again, pressing his lips to hers. The two parted after several seconds, the woman now smiling rather than pouting. "I promise i'll be back. I'm sorry for leaving you like this." She waved a hand, still smiling. He turned, and left the room. The woman sighed, taking a seat at a leather bar stool.

Several minutes of flight, and Sixteen still couldn't find any where they could have gone. Most of the allaince members had been on Vegeta-Sei , where could they have gone off to? Something ahead caught his attention, as if to answer his query.
The android began his descent, meeting the ground and beginning a brisk run toward the blue tiled hut. He reached the doorway, stopping a few feet in to gasp at his surroundings.
What looked like a small hut from the outside looked to be nearly the size of a department store upon observation from the inside. The ceiling reached a height of what looked like fifteen feet, the back wall of the building not even visible through the massive crowd of people pushing their way through. Being of abnormal height, Sixteen found it quite easy to see over the crown, though weaving his way through the ustling crowd would probably prove to be much harder. Sighing, he lifted off from the ground, hovering some six feet from the ground and floating over the heads of the angry civilians.
Touching down past the crown, Sixteen walked slowly toward the source of the commotion, the epicenter of the whole event. Everyone seemed to be surging toward the boothes in the center, many being turned away for various reasons. The humanoid could not imagine anything he'd like less to be doing at this moment tha waiting in line for something he had no idea what it was. Alas, it would seem he had no choice.

"Name?"
Sixteen broke his stare at the whirling ceiling fan and looked down to address the seated receptionist. Her face was bright red exhaustion, though she soldiered on, throwing questions at the hulking android as though he was the first one of the day.
"Name?" She repeated, smiling.
"What is this a sign up for?" He asked, looking around at the huge building.
"Dante's Abyss, hon." She replied, smiling. "It's a tournment of sorts. Many are signing up, though on 44 will compete."
He grunted in acknowledgement. This must be where they had went off to. He observed the smiling receptionist, wondering what she was waiting for now.
"Name?" She repeated after a moment, slightly annoyed.
He mentally debated signing up while the woman was left to sigh and wait for his response. Aida's gonna kill me...
"Sixteen." He grunted.
"What?" She inquired.
"Sixteen." He repeated. Though it was not his real name, he doubted whether anyone would care anyway.
"Alright, age?" She scribbled the name down.
"Twenty-six." He threw out a random age. He honestly had no idea how long he had been alive, for he knew not how long he had been held in the facility.
She nodded, noting the age. "Any other interesting things I should know about you?" She inquired.
He shook his head. Though it was more that to move things along than anything else. Maybe that fact that he was an android would be important. Oh well, too late now.
"Alright, Mr. Sixteen. Can you demonstrate something that'll prove to me you have what it takes?" The woman questioned.
The android brought his fingers to his right wrist, twisting and pulling half of the limb off, revealing his cannon. The woman gasped, watching as a small orb of Ki formed at the end of the barrel. "Is that good enough?"
Sixteen didn't need to hear the answer before he let the ki disapate, putting his limb back on, twisting it firmly back into place. Walking to the nearest tented booth, he entered and took a seat.
"State your name anything else you feel might persuade the audience." The man droned from behind the camera.
"Android Sixteen." He stated. "Vote for me or somethin', I guess." He said uncertainly. He flashed a cheesy grin, lobbing a small ball of Ki over the camera, snorting a laugh at the sound of the man screaming as the small explosive went off. "Later." He said, turning to get up. A light flashed, catching a profile shot of the synthetic human for the records. He exited the booth, walking toward the awaiting teleportation tube.
