"Interesting..."
The long-haired saiya-jin was, in all actuallity, referring to the sensation he had received from being forcibly teleported to this "VIP Lounge" (as the sign over a nearby door informed him). It felt as thought someone had cracked a warm egg across his neck. The warm, sort of oozing crept down his spine, down his legs and slowly faded away as his body acclimatised itself to the room he was in. He involunatrily shivered as he cast his gaze about the surroundings. He had kindly enough been transported just in front of a bed marked '#18' and a pang shot through him as he read his designated number. Instinctively he snapped his head around, looking for the woman, but he didn't see her. His eyes came to rest on the figure of his father. With a sigh he wandered on over to him, not bothering to look in the bag that had been set aside for him.
"Heya, pops. What's... Eighteen!?"
On the bed that Bardock was standing next to lay the small frame of Android Eighteen. The long-haired saiya-jin had simply assumed that the bed was Bardock's, since he hadn't seen Eighteen from where he was standing. A wave of relief washed over him as the android flipped onto her side at the sound of his voice. Their eyes met for the first in far too long and neither could help smiling. After a moment of silence, Bardock coughed politely (or as politely as he could manage) and Rad's head turned back towards him. The long-haired saiyan blinked several times, having completely forgotten about his father's presence. Rad returned his usual grin to his face and finished the question he had started.
"What's an old man like you doing here? You're gonna bust a hip if you're not careful."
