Face to Face

Goten, Piccolo and Piccolo Daimoun

Goten knew Piccolo was there, and vica versa. Neither had spoken, or made any moves to attack. It was like an unspoken bond; they both knew it was smarter to just deal with each other. The teenage saiyan had no problem tossing a few branches to the namek in order to help him out.

However, not everyone was up for such a friendly game. Lurking nearby was the always watchful Piccolo Daimoun. He recognized Piccolo immediately from his past, making this surprising meeting all the more delightful.

Goten was looking over at Piccolo when he realized there was another figure nearby, just behind the namek. The first words he spoke to his friend since they had met up was "Look out!"

Both of the Tonfas on Piccolo's wrists rose up with him as he spun around to defend himself. Sure enough, as Goten warned, he saw a warrior pouncing down on him. "Ha!" Daimoun shouted, landing smoothly on Piccolo's chest and kicking him roughly in the cheek.

PD was using his own weapon, a shield, as an offensive object. When Pic got up and charged in retaliation, he was forced to clash his tonfa with the shield. The ki from the shield forced him back.

After the shield hit Piccolo right in the temple, Goten joined the fight. "First and last warning!" The saiyan shouted after he jumped next to Pic. "Leave, or die. I'm dead serious."

It was decision time. Daimoun crouched, grinning. Oh no...running wasn't in his playbook.

"Suit yourself," Piccolo commented, getting up from the cheap shot. He and Goten got into fighting positions.

The duo charged forward...right into Daimoun's trap. "Masenko-HA!" The sudden blue light that erupted from the namekian's fingertips hit Goten hard enough to sprawl him backwards. While it didn't hurt him, it was enough to keep him out of it for those few moments.

Now having Pic to himself, he brought an arm up to block the punch with the shield. When the collision of ki and tonfa met, Daimoun grabbed the other tonfa and agressively pulled it from the man's wrist.

Daimoun just barely avoided the recovering Goten's tackle. He rolled behind Piccolo, moving the tonfa into a key position.

Goten looked up at the wrong time. "What the...?" Pic asked no one, confused. The tonfa was around his neck. The large metal bar was on one side, and wrist-holder was on the other.

"Game over," the older namekian told Piccolo.

Goten lunged forward, "NO!"

Daimoun forced the tonfa to the side, smashing the neck bone of the younger namekian. Piccolo's eyes bulged for a moment before fading almost immediately. A very quick death.

"Bastard!" Goten's entire body smashed into the surprised Piccolo Daimoun's, who dropped Piccolo. The saiyan raised his fist and slammed it upon the namek's face. Again. Again. Again. The fifth was caught. But Goten was still pissed.

The teenager got up, holding onto PD's hand, and kicked the arm furiously. It snapped the wrong way, literally. "AAAAGGGGH!" Roared the older namek. How had things gone from so good to so bad this quick?!

PD brought his foot up, smashing into Goten's crotch. This was enough to take down any man, regardless of race. Thinking quick, Piccolo Daimoun jumped up and hurried up, whimpering as his arm flapped with each step he took.

Goten fell to the side, holding his midsection. His eyes glazed over Piccolo, hoping against hope that the tonfa hadn't actually got him.

Unfortunetly, hope didn't mean shit in Dante's Abyss.
