Noon came quick and the stench of the forest floor was beginning to bake itself into the utmost putrid smell... probably from the various mounds of beast facieses that littered the ground about him.
"For the love of-!" Covering his mouth he began breathing the dirt from his hands which was considerably better then what he had been inhaling before hand. With careful steps the Saiya-jin wound up finally in a break of the foliage and now was looking down a vast opened vicinity leading through the trees. An interesting landmark, he thought removing the map from his pocket and began examine it like a boy scout would.
"Right... leading..." A brief look at the small device within his knapsack and a rather quick Hell no filled the back of the youth's mind as he took into account of what lay along that straight.
Though there had been many alternate routes to take, the one most appealing to the Saiya-jin was that farther from his position... a distant trek, indeed, but much better then the spiked walls nearby waiting for the call to begin closing in on him.
"Right, off I go!" With a slight jog in his step, he bounded forth with not much of a hurry.
