Bra leaned comfortably against a tree with her eyes closed, arms folded across her chest. If only she felt half as relaxed as she looked. The blue haired royal sighed audibly, but nobody had been close enough to hear her.
Raditzu was conversing with his significant other while Bardock sat in front of his unlit fire, devouring his bread like some kind of wild animal. The hybrid opened her eyes to watch him for a moment, but found her gaze drifting upon the android?s figure.
She studied the woman for a moment, immaturely comparing her to herself, as though they were in a competition. Even more confusing to the halfling; Eighteen looked far more attractive than any of the guys standing around.
No, that?s just... no. It must be ?cause she?s a human. Sort of. Right? Fuck! This can?t be how I actually feel!
Before the young woman?s dilemma could get any more complicated, Bra heard an almost silent growl emanating from Bardock. The demi saiyan turned to look, watching as the older warrior balled his fists tight, his eyes seething with intense rage.
Then it hit her. She?d distantly heard an announcement, something about eliminations. She gasped, suddenly feeling pity for the seasoned veteran; Goku or someone else important to him must have been one of those eliminated.
Bra was going to try to talk to the man, but the loud shriek of breaking lumber stopped her as a woman fell from the treetops, crashing into the forest floor at Bardock?s feet. Still enraged, the pure blooded saiyan hauled the log off the girl, hurling it into the thick of the jungle.
Suddenly, Raditzu?s father summoned flames to consume his fists and stepped menacingly closer to the seemingly defenseless woman. Cursing herself for worrying about someone she?d never met, the cyan haired heiress rocketed forth, placing herself between the two.
Bardock glared at the halfling, who simply stared back into his obsidian coals, doing her best to quell the saiyan?s instinctual rage while simultaneously avoiding doing something to further anger him. Finally, he grunted menacingly.
?You?ve got five seconds, girly.? came Bardock?s foreboding warning. Bra turned her gaze to the newcomer, but avoided turning her back to the saiyan, worrying about how he would act if unchecked.
?Who are you, and why?ve you been spying on us?? the princess demanded. Her tone, though stern, came out far less viciously. Bardock didn?t even wait for a response.
?Answer the question.? he ordered.

"I wasted time and now time doth waste me."
