As for patience and understanding, you made a good point, but I'd like to further question you on that. In CU, I'd like to hope that all of the members like you (at least in they're stay there) (it would not be very fun if you didn't like those you were goofing off and having fun with). In an alliance, what a leader decides will just affect those of alliance--usually--and since they like you, the decision should be easier. As staff, members don't always like you (BJ would vouch for this), so do you think you'd have the same patience and understanding to do deal with such a larger audience (members will watch your moves)?
