It does seem like many people are taking the 'just gonna try' outlook that Lucifer mentioned. Otherwise not so many people would have applied. I know that most people want to be staff, but I don't think many of them honestly believe they would make good staffers. I know from WWTBS in FoF that if you even want to come close you're going to have to spend hours working on tasks. Still, I expect many people will prove me wrong.
