Support character is primarily Monk. If you have Factions, the Ritualist does some pretty decent support, too.
All of the classes have support to one degree or another, its just that some are better than others. Mesmers have a couple of ok support powers. Some of the Necro elites are really useful for support.
But yeah, Monk is the best support/heal. Be careful though, because Monks have stupidly high aggro.
