Hmm, just an observation, build off of it what you will, but perhaps Supes' idea is good. Just combine those what he detailed. It would be a good test to see how well a new mod could handle thier job and multiple players.
Also, a task encompassing Goku Jr.'s idea of creating a guide for new people that will hold thier attention (let's face it, hardly anyone reads Bardock's guide. My theory is because of its length, and some people aren't up for that.) So perhaps creating a guide that is entertaining as well as educational, (Think Schoolhouse Rock), that would be awesome. Perhaps create it in steps, where each post would be a step, and have an activity per section. For example, the first lesson of it would be, oh, nouns and pronouns. Detail what a pronoun is, and have an activity where the reader actually experiments getting aquainted with pronouns.

Pronouns
Come up with 5 variations for "Woman".
Response:
Girl, female, lady, etc. etx.
Use them in a sentence.
The Girl kicks the dog.
and so on, and so forth. Another good idea for this is to provide a list of words, and a prewritten story, where at certain points, the reader would fill in blanks with thier own words. A new staff member could run it as an activity. Not only would it show that they can handle multiple players, but also, it would greatly help the community as a whole by enriching vocabulary skills. =D
