Okay, "Windows Vista Capable" means that it will load and you can probably run it bare bones. To actually run it with the features enabled (that's why you buy it, right?) you're going to need a little bit more hardware.
Plus, that's a new computer, most people are running hardware that's probably at least a year old. |
