Strengths: Like I said before, he communicates. He makes his opinion known with very little prompting, and although at times is the voice of dissention, keeps the group moving along and motivated to make something better.

Weaknesses: While his heart is in the right place, any time he has an idea, it is very quickly neutralized or discarded. A team member is supposed to be able to contribute something. He very willingly contributes ideas, but none of them are deemed very good, which brings his productivity down. His ideas give us a clue of what we don?t want to do, but other than that, do very little good.

I?m not sure he has enough of a grasp on the RPG to be a mod yet. I?m not one to condemn someone on join date along, especially if they?re competent, but a few things have struck me as ?newb mistakes?. Like posting all OOC in the IC boards, or jumping into a quest without someone?s permission. Those are things a mod should be reprimanding others for, not doing themselves.

Looking over his prowess from Idol, he?s definitely got the determination, but I just don?t think he ranks up there with the rest of the competition. His saga was pretty, but a little uninspired. He would probably be fine for updating, but I?d be wary about judging quests, spars and the like.

It seemed that during the last task, his ideas often conflicted with others. And instead of making an effort to ?conform? to what the rest of the group was working on, he instead tried to replace his old stuff with new ideas, which were continually shot down. Not ideal for working on a team, but I don?t know the guy too well, so this could be simply bad judgement on my part.

Cargo ? He did a great job being active on the last task, putting forth his ideas whenever he felt they were needed, and of course, ideas are always needed. He helped to shape the direction our team took, and contributed a great deal to our final product. Overall, he?s really shocked me, as I didn?t actually expect him to make it this far. However, I guess he?s shown me. I can?t say that he?d necessarily be a better candidate than me (I feel like an ego-bloated bastard for saying that), but he?s really shown that he is capable.
