Bardock's Analysis:

Strengths: He?s an excellent worker?he familiarizes himself with what has been thrown out, analyzes it, and almost immediately comes up with a solution, addressing each individual concern as well as the concern of the whole. In both team tasks, he got a feel for the general direction the group was going in and punched out a rough outline, giving everyone something to work with. This demonstrated initiative and creativity, but he was also respectful of his leaders?he didn?t forge blindly ahead without getting some sort of approval.

Weaknesses: Zarbon?s pretty solid. I can?t really think of a weakness, other than being a little too reliable. He should encourage other ideas to incorporate into his own, rather than let people take a back seat to a single idea. That?s not a team effort (although, it?s not really his fault).

Super Buu's Analysis:

I?ve known Zarbon for a long time. Since back before Chubbs. And I think his biggest problem is that he sometimes fails to take things seriously. Remember the person I was talking about on 20?s critiquing? The pudding/Godzilla? That was Zarbon. And whilst humour is good and all, I think sometimes not taking things seriously can be detrimental to an RPG. Especially if say, a member is seriously angry at the staff and you just blow them off trying to be funny. The thing is, he can stop this if he wants to. He just rarely does. He could be serious, but that would take the fun out of it for ?em.

That said, he has some great strengths. He?s intelligent, no doubt about it. He can handle PR pretty well if he wants to, and he?s great at persuasion (like I said before, persuading 20 to allow him to cover an entire city in pudding), which would be nice to have on your side. He can come up with interesting and quirky content ? I?d love to see what quests he could come out with. And he?s got a good sense of humour, which is nice if you want to keep things lighthearted. But his activity can be a bit of a problem.

Android 20's Analysis:

Zarbon ? Biggest. Turnaround. Ever. He absolutely shocked and awed me last round, with his brilliant ideas, and professionalism. He used to have a lot of trouble remaining active, but he?s making a terrific comeback lately. He?s got loads of creativity, as I?ve witnessed through talking with him, and his posts on FoF as well. If he performs like he did last round throughout the rest of Chubbs Idol, I believe he could most certainly win. Right now, I?d rank him above me as being a candidate for being a staff member.
