This is a good example of ignorance. You don't know how the staff runs.

The mods are expected to do more of the busy work. Super Mods go busy work too, but are mainly expected to advise the new ideas and projects coming into Chubbs. Admins advice. This is why you only really see mods work.

And the current update system is fine. It IS a rule, by the way.
