Spiderman is just as brilliant as Batman. Any prep time would benefit him just as much as it would Batman. Idk where you get the idea that Batman is more agile, the whole point to Spiderman is his acrobatic feats. His equilibrium doesnt change with gravity or direction, his limbs and tendons are metahumanly nimble, and his spider-sense guides his movements. It would be a tough fight, but Spiderman would last longer, hit harder, and is a metahuman. Batman would lose.
Goku cant do a damn thing is space. Superman could have flown off of Namek and spent the months travel time getting back to Earth. His IT is not some insta vanish, it takes time and focus, both of which are hard to come by when someone is beating the hell out of you with fists of iron.
For the INSTANT that Green Lantern is a depowered human, Iron Man would be at a serious and fatal advantage. Iron Man isnt restricted to ballistics and beams either. He can manipulate gravity, magnetic fields, solar reflection, and even time on a small scale. And he can go FOR WEEKS. As long as he has power sources (which Green Lantern's ring will provide), he is indestructible.
