1)Iron Man has withstood explosions equivalent to ground zero of a hydrogen bomb. His force fields are just too strong to take enough damage where he loses before that ring runs out of power. Green Lantern's force fields are stronger, but he still has to recharge to keep it up. Iron Man can go for weeks at a time... thats nearly 14 chances to catch Green Lantern as a weak human being.
2)Spiderman is just as brilliant as Batman. I'd like to see Batman make a web shooter without enough money to even pay the rent. Spider-man is a strategist, how do you think he has warred with the Kingpin? The Green Goblin, Dr. Octopus, all these geniuses and billionaires, he's pwned them all. Green Goblin's 'hover board thing' is just as formidable as the Batmobile. He's pwned that too. Spiderman and Batman match each other in terms of skill and intelligence, so it comes down to who's the better combatant: Spiderman.
