I've actually done that before. Someone kept calling me asking to speak to this guy named Barker, and I kept telling them he wasn't here, it was a wrong number, etc. They swore he was there and demanded to speak to him. I finally answered the phone going "Hi, may I speak to Barker please?" and swore to them he was over there and told them to stop hiding it.

I've also flirted with telemarketers before when they call. "Hi, can you do this survey for us?" "Hold on, keep talking, I'm almost there."
