^ What he said, KV. The Budokai series is basically a bog-standard fighting game but with DBZ models. Tenkaichi actually feels like DBZ. It's behind the shoulder, and you spend most of the time in the air, flying around at omg high speeds teleporting behind people etc etc. It's actually fully 3d. You can also hide behind objects, since if your opponent can't see you on-screen, you can't get a lock on them (well, for Scouter characters anyway >_>). It's a little like Zelda's Z-Targeting system.
