"Mayday! Mayday!" Daniel began to holler, spinning around in his chair and flicking random components, "An engine has burst! Repeat! An engine has burst! In anyone can hear me, please offer assistance!"
Static rang over the radio. It was simple static until a low hiss broke through, surprising both the pilot and Piccolo Daimoun, who had recently strapped himself to a chair beside him.
"What's going on!?" The jade Namekian screamed, gripped the sides of his chair so tightly they began to pop with his increased power.
Daniel turned to him with a flushed face, beads of sweat falling across his brow as a warning signal beeped loudly. A red flash tinted both their faces as they gazed at each other grimly. "Look, an engine has exploded from prolonged use. Failed. The damn things usually have a coolant system, but that doesn't seem to be functional..."
"So!? What's going to happen?" The elder Namekian asked, leaning in on his chair.
Daniel smirked lightly before replying, "Do you remember crash landing procedures?"

A great contest herralded a distant planet, one called Dantes Abyss. Unknown to the players of such a game was an UFO, an Unidentified Flying Object, spinning very awkwardly through the air. Rolling on a predetermined axis, the ship rocketed towards the earth and held peril for any living being that got in it's way.
However, the planet Earth was simply a signup for this tournament, one that seemed to draw Piccolo Daimoun by some force besides coincidence...
Large amounts of smoke billowed from the back of the strange vessel, signalling an unsuccessful combustion of fuel as carbon was released into the atmosphere. The black soot was an omen for failure in the ship, a great problem for the idea and hope of staying airborne...
Piccolo, however, had been thrown from the ship. Another glorius failure surfaced as the atmosphere burnup caused the nose to disintegrate, and trying to hold things together the slug like alien was sent hurtling towards the ground. He landed directly into the sign up line for the bloody contest...
An attendant approached him, poking him eerily, "Uhh...Would you like to be a part of DA?"
Piccolo Daimoun snapped to his feet, his eyes working like fevered animals searching for the ship he was thrown from.
"I bet you do!" The attended exclaimed, pushing a button. Without a moments notice, a machine bopped out from the ground and ran towards the jade Namekian, "Just beat up the machine and step over here..."
The elder Namekian couldn't hear a word, more he focused on the threat that had announced itself to him. He couldn't get over the ringing in his ears, which blinded him to all concious thought.
Unleashing a concentrated blast of ki power, he disentegrated the autobot in a very anticlimatic way. Sighing, a folder was unceremonially handed over to the Namekian warrior, and he was ushered into a test-tube.
"Have fun!" The attended cried, hitting a button. He couldn't hear a word, but knew that test tubes plus surprises seemed to always equal trouble.
