Appearance
Slender build, and short black hair. She's 5'4". Celipa wears a green scouter clipped onto her ear, and usually wears her saiyan armor with a black undershirt (tanktop), and black pants that fall down to her boots. Her undershirt is a tanktop, meaning her arms are bare up to her white gloves.
Personality
Celipa's rather mischievous, although subconciously always on guard. Such comes from years of training. She likes to laugh and joke with friends, and she has a tremendous appetite. She'll often speak with sarcasm, though she's kind-hearted and passive. She's rather nonchalant when times get more serious.
Possible Reactions
Celipa is a saiyan, and as such, craves a fight like nobody's business. She'll improvise with situations, and will probably take a headstrong approach to the "game".
Relationships
Bujin - A friend and ally of hers. Celipa would not fight him, even when faced with no other choice.
Kollifum - Respected by Cel as a fellow member of her race, and someone she finds mutual agreement with. She would still fight him when confronted with the situation.
Akane - An innocent kid, someone Celipa thinks may have underestimated the game. Cel will probably try to protect Akane, in a passive way, such as avoiding situations that would lead to combat with her.
Gokua - Someone Celipa sparred with once. She would not refrain from killing him.
Aqua - Another person Cel fought with at one point, she would most definitely take pleasure in killing him.
Recoome - Her killer. Celipa seeks revenge for this.
Vaguely remembers - Hellfighter 17, Bardock, Android 20. They'd just be random faces to her though, that she can't pin a name to. She'd take them down if the need arose.
Fighting Style
Celipa uses a sort of speed-oriented brawl. She focuses mostly on melee, and avoiding taking damage. She jokes around with her opponents a bit until the fight gets really serious. Nothing more a saiyan loves more than a good fight.
