Both ideas are great. They actually have me wondering what you guys do with you time...lol. I'm just going to say my opinions on them both because I don't usually attempt to aid in the creation of military attack/defense strategies lol

My opinion on Celipa's: instead of scatterings surrounding our area, we should have like a perimeter set up and have the men be able to cover small areas alone, and not spread too far so if needed they can help each other, because with scatterings ...they well scatter and one side might be more protected than the other, and/ or out troops might be cluttered at some random time and openings will be left for the enemy to invade our territory. So basically evenly distribute our men to form a kind of perimeter around our borders. The rest I love.
My opinion on Gokua's: I believe your idea was to kind of use the large force as a diversion correct? If not than never mind, but if so. The petite force as you put it should attack attempt to infiltrate an area left vulnerable due to the number of troops it would take to thward off our large force, and the focus they will give to it. I believe that if the smaller force was too run in behind the larger force they would be met by a large force and end up doing the exact same thing our large force was intended to do keep the enemy occupied and battle to the death. Also the small force should be really small and it should come in waves to insure that even if one is stopped the other could have a far better chance and eventually infiltration will occur no matter what the enemy does.

Yeah if that didn't make sense I'm sorry, again I am no military strategist.
