The saiya-jin's vision was enriched with vigorious energy while possessing the draftees in sight. If his arrogance hadn't subdued his logic yet, it had certainly done so in that period. The draftees were glancing upwards at the reigning "king" as though he was the representative for all the known strength in the universe. Amazement and respect was present in their facial expressions while they hurdled into the throne room. King Vejita's withered form was divulged with the wrinkles exposing themselves in his demonic snicker. His lips curled at such an angle that the spectators couldn't comprehend it as truth. The commander edged himself in the throne without regard to the possibility to partaking in this hellacious competition.
"Mmm, yes. Decades of leading the armies of Vejita-Sei and that familiar glare resides in your eyes." He murmured alongside to Grandpa Gohan who was incapable of determining a meaning behind the saiya-jin's statement, even with utilizing his vast wisdom. The elderly fighter paused momentarily with his brow shifting upwards to symbolize his dumbfounded response. The King's index finger danced delicately along his chin to carress the miniature mane that had sprouted during his mission on his homeworld. "Loyalty, the glimmer in your eyes shines before me. The blood of my people may not run through your veins old one, but I can smell the stench of loyalty from you miles away. You're a true warrior, and you'll make an excellent addition to this group."
Grandpa Gohan wasn't accustomed to such compliments, or perhaps he wasn't calculating his commander to be grateful of his presence since he was unknown to him. However, nonetheless, he nodded while the saiya-jin fighter persistantly ogled the Dante soldiers. They weren't impressive to him, but nor was he shamed by them. The absence of knowledge for each fighter was impacting his thought process, but he was prepared to conclude it. The commander slithered from his position and placed both hands upon the arm-rests. "Some of you have been thrown into this competition without caution and some of you barely can place not even a name upon your comrades around you. Let today be the day that we embrace one another as brothers and sisters. No longer will the animosity we hold towards one another affect us. If you cannot trust the men and women around you, then trust the name in which we represent. The name that will give new definition to fear and power. A force unwreckoned with by even the GODS, let your hearts show their pride and loyalty to the name of....Dante." Seconds before unleashing the "Dante" name in a roar, his limb was flung upwards to further stimulate any form of motivation that could intice these creatures to have faith in this group.
King Vejita awaited, anxiously expecting a booming reply thats volume would out-stretch to the other group's barracks.
OOC: And you know you love it.
