Because it was intentionally used. Outcast territory is the farthest from any other forces territory from Dante. For the emphasis of my example, Outcasts is best.

If you're saying that I've implied some sort of loyalty issue in Outcast, you're sorely mistaken, as I have not heard anything

Also note that defecting must be made public. It's simply not fair for your force if you disappear for two days, and then after those two days you mysteriously appear and say, "Oh, hey, I'm in Dante territory now and I'm on their side."
