The grass of the knoll was soft, providing a delicate padding for Broli as he kneeled. He looked at the village before them. Smoke billowed out of chimneys, the village relatively quiet. Nodding to himself, Broli stood and turned to face him eagerly waiting troops.
?Men,? he began, ?Before you stands the last bastion of Dante. We?ll rest here for the night. However, know that after tonight, there is no time for rest and relaxation. Confetti filled the air, villagers and soldiers cheering alike as they crowded the streets. Women took no shame in plunging their tongues down the throats of men.
On the village outskirts stood Burori, Bejita Ou, and a group of soldiers no larger than forty. They were huddled together, Broli?s voice merely a faint whisper. ?Continue to head in our direction. Scout for any villages or enemy units and pursue the standard operations of sublety. Spy and assassinate if need be. Blind Squad, dismissed.?
With that, the men of Blind Squad clapped their hands and unison and moved into formation. Pulling cloaks around their bodies and cowls around their faces, they jogged off into the distance, Broli watched as they went. Together, Broli and King Vegeta entered the village, sparking an uproar of cheers.
