I do however think it is less violent. Yes, Yes, Kuja *or whatever* blew up Earth. But it didn't show them exploding in a frenzy of gore, like GTA would.

Oh, I wasn't trying to pretend that GTA isn't -worse- than FF in terms of violence.

Just asserting that there is, in fact, a great deal of it in the FF world.

If I came across as trying to convince anyone that GTA was soft and cuddly or something, my bad. But, to be fair, it's totally cartoony violence. =\
