Snipers lined up along the boulders near Dante's camp. On Syntech's side, they set up in lines towards the back and sides of the area.

"Keep the building going!" Retane bellowed back at his crew. "Don't stop working on that tower!"

The Commander of Syntech, meanwhile, worked to move in front of the group. Zarbon closed his eyes and took a breath as he awaited the start of the battle.

"Get ready!" Commander Vegita called to his army. The saiyan, Reijin, was nearby and ready to strike. "On my call!" His eyes burned with the passion of war. This was it. His moment to shine had finally come. "Outmatched or no, Dante will walk away the victor! Ready...."

Dante's troops began to tense. Utter silence filled the air.

"CHARGE!"

The Infantry lept forward, followed by Support. In retaliation, hundreds of Syntech soldiers lept forward towards the oncoming slaughter. Two huge armies were about to clash in the first Conquest battle.

Sniper shots filled the air. 100 Syntech soldiers dropped as they ran, either injured or gone before the fight start. More shots, and Dante saw about 40 men falling. But no one waited up for those who were unlucky. Those still alive, kept running.

King Vejita and Zarbon clashed first in the very center of the battle. Around them, swords clashed. Blood spilled. Ki Guns blasted out. Snipers fired.

Blood would spill from both sides. It was a matter of who would drown in it first.
